We would like to share important information regarding on-site dining and parking for guests staying during the Golden Week holiday period.

Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)

For guests who have booked a plan with meals:
If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.
To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.
Response Deadline: By 5:00 PM on the day before your stay.
Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes after this deadline.

To Guests with Half-Board Plans (Dinner & Breakfast)

■ Regarding Dinner Times
Dinner will be served during the following two-seating schedule:

• Seating Times: 5:30 PM / 7:30 PM

We will ask for your preferred time upon check-in.
Please note that if a time slot is fully booked, we will guide you to the remaining available time.
If you have a specific preference in advance, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To Guests with Room Only or Breakfast Included Plans

■ Regarding Dinner (Advance Reservation Required)
Our restaurant, “LE UN,” offers seasonal course meals featuring locally sourced ingredients.

※Advance reservation is required. If you wish to book, please contact us by 5:00 PM, 5 days prior to your stay.
※Seating is limited; early booking is recommended.
Note: The restaurant will be closed on April 29th. We cannot accept dinner reservations for this date.

■ Regarding Breakfast (Japanese Style)
We prepare a healthy and refreshing Japanese breakfast featuring local rice, seasonal side dishes, and “Ochazuke” (rice with dashi/tea) using famous Yame Tea. Guests on the “Room Only” plan are also welcome to book this option.

• Price per person: 2,750 JPY

• Price includes consumption tax and service charge.

To Guests with Children

We can prepare meals for children as well. If you require children’s meals, please inform us by 5:00 PM on the day before use.

• Children’s Breakfast (Japanese Style): 1,650 JPY

• Children’s Dinner

  1. Children’s Plate: 2,200 JPY (One-plate meal featuring soup, hamburger steak, and dessert)

  2. Children’s Course: 3,300 JPY (Appetizer, soup, hamburger steak (tentative), dessert, bread)

• All prices include consumption tax and service charge.

To Guests Visiting by Car

We provide dedicated parking for each guest room. Please come to the Front Desk (KITAYA BETTEI Building): 204 Motomachi Saikyo-machi, Yame City, Fukuoka.
